Plan Management vs Agency Management — Why Choose Plan Managed?
If your plan is NDIA-managed (agency-managed), you can only use providers who are registered with the NDIS Commission. Plan management removes that restriction completely — you can choose any provider you like, registered or unregistered, giving you significantly greater flexibility in building your support team.
