A clean, safe and well-maintained home is fundamental to health, wellbeing and quality of life. For participants whose disability makes it difficult or impossible to manage household tasks independently, NDIS-funded household task support means the difference between living comfortably at home and facing real risks to health and safety.
Heartful Care Services provides practical, reliable household task support — delivered by workers who respect your home, your belongings and your preferences, and who take genuine pride in the quality of their work.
We can provide regular scheduled support, one-off assistance, or intensive support during periods when your needs are higher — for example, following a hospitalisation or during a health flare-up when maintaining the home becomes temporarily more challenging.
What We Help With
- General house cleaning — vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces and dusting
- Kitchen cleaning — benchtops, appliances, sink, splashback and floor
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning and sanitising
- Laundry — washing, drying, folding and putting away clothing and linen
- Ironing and garment care
- Changing and making beds and linen
- Rubbish and recycling management
- Pantry and refrigerator cleaning and organisation
- Garden maintenance — mowing, weeding, watering and general garden tidying
- Window cleaning (internal)
- Assistance with basic home maintenance coordination
- Deep cleaning support — periodic thorough cleaning of the home
- Decluttering and organising household spaces
Our Approach
Your home is your space — and we always treat it that way. We follow your preferences for cleaning products, organisation and routines. We respect your belongings and your privacy at all times.
Our household support workers are reliable, punctual and respectful. We aim to provide the same worker or workers to every participant whenever possible, so that you develop familiarity and trust with the people who support you in your home. Where appropriate, we also take a capacity-building approach — supporting you to manage more household tasks independently over time.
