About This Service
Therapeutic supports are a vital component of many participants’ NDIS plans — designed to build functional capacity, improve health and wellbeing outcomes, and enable greater independence and participation in daily life.
Heartful Care Services is registered to provide NDIS therapeutic supports — coordinating and facilitating participants’ access to the allied health and therapeutic services they need, and assisting in the implementation of therapy recommendations within everyday support routines.
We work closely with your allied health team — occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, behaviour support practitioners and others — to ensure that your therapy goals are embedded throughout your daily support, not just addressed in isolated clinical appointments.

Our Approach
Therapeutic supports work best when they are embedded in everyday life — not siloed into a weekly appointment. We work closely with your therapy team to understand your goals and the specific strategies your therapists recommend, and we ensure those strategies are implemented consistently by your support workers across every shift.
We are strong advocates for participant involvement in therapeutic goal-setting. Your goals are your goals — we make sure your voice drives the therapeutic agenda. All therapeutic support is delivered in coordination with qualified allied health professionals.
